Do they have to be enrolled fulltime to get financial aid?
No, the amount of financial aid received depends on the number of credit hours in which they are enrolled on tuition due date.  Classes must be taken for credit to count toward financial aid.  Classes that are taken as audit will not be counted.  Students may take as little as 1 credit and still may be eligible for some financial aid.

When will they get a refund check.
If the student has more financial aid than direct expenses, COCC will provide the student with a refund check.  This refund check will be available during a special period of time that is outlined in the Disbursement Letter that the student will receive each term they attend COCC.
