Can I Get Financial Aid For Summer Term?
Federal Pell Grants, Stafford Loans, Federal Work-Study, PLUS Loans and Private Loans are available for summer. Summer term is the beginning of the 2009-2010 award year. If you have not completed the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), you may complete the application online: www.fafsa.ed.gov. If you plan to attend summer school and would like summer financial aid, contact the Financial Aid Office.
IMPORTANT! GRANT AND LOAN FUNDS USED FOR SUMMER TERM MAY REDUCE
THE AMOUNT YOU MAY RECEIVE FOR FALL, WINTER AND SPRING TERMS.
Pell Grants will be paid to all students who are eligible and enrolled in summer term. Unused portions of summer, fall and winter Pell will be rolled to spring term, 2010 up to maximum eligibility for the term.
The Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant and the Oregon Opportunity Grant are not available for summer term.
