How Do I Find Out My Financial Aid Status?

If you are not able to login with your COCC ID, or have questions about the operation of the Student Online System, contact COCC's web helpline at 330-4358 during regular business hours.

Students may check their status and download requested forms online through the Student Online Services: www.cocc.edu

Please read the following information regarding the Student Online System.

  1. Login: If you have five consecutive unsuccessful attempts to login, web access to your student records will be denied.  Call the web Helpline at call 330-4358  to reactivate your web access. 
  2. Directions are listed at the top of most pages. They will provide you with instructions about how to use the page or information about what is displayed on the page.
  3. Security: When you are finished using the Student Information System, you should do the following things to insure your privacy:
    • Use the "Exit" button to disconnect from the Student Information System so that no one will be able to access your records. The "Exit" button is located in the upper right hand corner of each page.
    • Exit your web browser.
  4. Access to the Student Information System is generally available 24-hrs a day, 7 days a week. Necessary system maintenance will normally be scheduled in the late night and early morning hours. Web access will be unavailable during these limited times.
  5. Internet Provider: If you are accessing the system from off-campus, you will need an internet provider (e.g., AOL, BendNet, etc.) and Netscape 4.0 or higher or Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher.
  6. Timeout: There is a 20-minute session inactivity timeout. This means if you do not use the system for 20 minutes, you will receive an inactivity timeout message and you will need to reenter your Student ID Number and PIN to access the system. This is to insure security of the confidential information.
